The Grain Train’s Buying Club is a great way for our owners to take advantage of the best pricing possible on natural and organic products. Participants must be current Grain Train owners in good standing to use the Buying Club program. If you are not an owner and are interested in becoming one please look here for more information.
Buying Club orders must be placed by Wednesday at noon and orders must be picked up by 8:00 pm the following Monday. Due to limited storage area, orders not picked up on time receive a 5% storage surcharge. There are no minimum orders with the Buying Club but all orders under $100 will receive a $5 handling fee.
Mistakes in orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be accompanied by your pre-order slip and receipt. Perishable and frozen items cannot be returned so please check these items carefully. Mistakes that originate with the supplier are not subject to a restocking fee when returned.
